i have three choices.

a. double room at REV
pros: living learning community. my first choice from before. co-ed floors.
cons: Joie's at St Paul's, not so keen on living with a stranger.

b. single room at V1
pros: privacy. still get to interact with others on my floor.
cons: single sex floors (boring!). lonely :(

c. suite at UWP
pros: with Kristy and Jocelyn. private bathroom and kitchen, and tv.
cons: going to either starve or get food poisoning. less interaction with others (not traditional).

help :(

i lived at the 3-person suite @ uwp first year! so i'll give you my experience... =)

there's 0 interaction unless you're very lucky and you end up with a GREAT floor + don (there was only one floor like that in my building) ... however, i didn't really care about this afterward, because it didn't really matter. i was never in my suite that much anyways.. lol most of the time you'll be out studying with friends, or at CCF, or something, or out at the plaza... i find that the most interaction i had with ppl on my floor was when they were drunk and partying and slamming on people's doors.. however, that happens the most in MKV/REV/V1, and not so much at uwp..

you have to cook and stuff but most of the time i find myself eating out a lot.... or eating the stuff my parents cook for me, which i bring into to loo... i got a meal plan for the first term, and i think this is a good idea.. because, unless you are REALLY going to cook everyday, you won't... most of the time you'll be out the whole day for classes and stuff for meals like lunch will probably b eaten out.. and def. during exams/midterms.. you'll be out a lot studying (unless you study in your suite but it's not fun like that xD) so get a meal plan for the first term!!! for my second term, i started to cook more, and it wasn't too bad =p

the BEST thing about uwp is that it's right by the plaza so you can always go eat (so you won't really starve!).. and go bbt.. and go hangout with friends.. etc etc..

bus stops: uwp is near the davis centre (computer building) where there are a lot of bus stops.. and since uwp is by university avenue, there are also many many bus stops close by .. so it's very convenient to find bus stops :D

ppl that live at v1/rev/mkv would have to walk like 15-20mins to get to the plaza so that's very inconvenient.. which is why they mostly only eat caf food (too lazy to walk to plaza).. but the caf food isn't THAT bad.. lol i tried it before, but i think it's very easy to get sick of...??

but overall, the traditional style (v1/rev) is more "rez' like .. in terms of how you feel from the whole experience.. like .. living in dorms.. caf food.. sharing washrooms.. lots of loud parties.. etc.

living at uwp is basically living at an apartment kinda =p so not really a REAL rez-like experience

i think for my first year if i could choose again, i might have chosen v1 (cuz theres an LLC there for my program) just for that REAL 'rez' experience... =p

hope this kinda helps! :D feel free to ask me if you have more questions!!! :D :D :D

Oohhh and i have some friends who lived at REV & V1

double room at REV
- PARTAYYYY
- it seems to be party central (besides MKV) =p
- you get to know a lot of people as well .. very social too but seems to be more tight-knit within your floor if you do take the time to hang out with ppl on your floor

single room at V1
- privacy, but most people tend to leave their doors open, so you still talk and get to see ppl. although it's single sex, i saw that a lot of people living at v1 make friends while playing pool/ watching tv/ and eating at the caf... it's very social at V1 no matter what kind of room you have!
