i feel like it should be like, tuesday and not saturday right now! :D

prom weekend:

pre-prom wednesday - mani/pedi yay!

prom thursday - got ready beginning 10 am! hair, makeup, and to fiona's houuuse. surprising people with the dress! fussing over how awesome we look and the boys greeting each other in a very girly fashion. intense snapping of photographs. BEAST CAMERA. we felt like our feet were going to fall off before we even left the house. hot and sweaty and sticky before anyyyy dancing! "prom's over guys, let's go home!"

crappy limo. fashionably late, but not too late! massive "OH MY GOSH YOU LOOK AMAZING" 's and "OH MY GOSH TAKE A PICTURE WITH ME!" 's. waiting for dinner to begin took forever and a day, at least. random prom awards (did anyone notice that there wasn't a prom king/queen award?) and door prizes. bad food... okay, it was alright. more picture taking. not being with my prom date for half the night.

(we'll skip the dumb stuff totally not appropriate for fun prom stuffs :) )

portrait taking was pretty fun :) couple shots, then the girls shot. wish the guys would've jumped in with us. then dancing! but it was much too short - haven't gotten the urge to dance out of my system yet, still. painnnnnnful feet! cute couples :D dirty white vests :(. had a great time regardless.

off to destiny :D but not before we head back to fiona's house, of course. crazy car arrangements, haha. destiny until 1:40 or something? split with the boys and some of the girls, and trekked back to fiona's with our driver half asleep lool. wild afterprom cleaning up ourselves at like 3 am! jabbered on until 4:30 but couldn't fall asleep on account of fiona and crystal's hilarious conversation on the bed.

post-prom friday - woke up at like 9:30 cause of parentals calling us! eggsmart for brunch with the boys, then WAL MART. epic car rides: blasting music and jamming to beats because it ain't outta this one's bloodstream. forgetting dress and shoes at fiona's - major fail on my half-asleep part.

mother surprised that i was back already - wasn't i partying it up with my friends? :P spent the rest of the day doing pretty much nothing. mumbled phone calls haha. driving to BSO, going through BSO in a sleepy daze, driving home and kind of getting lost but shhhhhhh. planning the next day. floppers and changed plans to the MAX. dreamlandddddddddddd late again :(

post-prom saturday - good times waking up late and rushing to get ready. adventure to science centre for the harry potter exhibit! SO EXCITED, and honestly a ton of fun. wandering through random exhibits, getting rejected from the kids thing, no pictures at the HP exhibit :(, THOSE REALLY COOL FLOOR SENSOR/IMAGE THINGS, easy amusement, caf food, the beautiful terrace, awesome pictures :), a whole whack of "that's what she said", water splashings.

bussing stories to fairview, running to mcd's and learning there wasn't any ice cream :(, dragging poor tao into random stores, forever 21 and the bathing suit that got away, "lucy, don't get raped!!", walking the perimeter of the mall, throbbing feet and a really great day overall :).
