just went through my old posts.
there was a time that i did not update this blog for about five months. before that stretch of not posting, my last blog was in October. i think i was going through a rough time with my spiritual life and otherwise, because i started posting verses from the Bible that were uplifting and encouraging lol.
anyway, i found that it was quite funny that my last post before the break was about rest. meaning, giving up your burdens to God and finding rest in Him. and then more literally i took a "rest" in blogging and didn't blog again until March.
i quite like that verse, so i will post it here again:
Come to me all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your soul. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.
Matthew 11:28-30
